Our platform empowers workers to access their earned salary in under a minute, offering a lifeline for unexpected expenses such as medical bills, school fees, and more. We are hiring a Finance Executive to help us spread Ekko out to everyone receiving payroll in the country. You will be part of the core management team and work closely with the product and roll out team in order to continuously improve our product and offering to the market. You will have clear targets for our next raise planned for 2023.

What will you do:

• Support in reviewing financial reports, account statements and loan portfolios, some detailed documents of the clients.  Preparing reports summarizing findings and recommendations based on received documents. 

• Conduct research on the business and industries that may impact the client assessment.

• Closely working with the Business Development department and Customer Care Department to support in completing the deal with clients.

• Support the development and implementation of financial plans, short and long-term budget plans for business operations.

• Perform periodic/extraordinary financial analysis to detect and resolve problems, assisting BOM in the business decision making process. 

• Participate in the appraisal of business plans, new investment projects, business policies and evaluate the actual efficiency of the company's projects.

• Support to work with banks and other financial institutions in arranging capital for the company‘s operations according to the approved plan.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of business divisions, analyze potential risks.

• Prepare periodic reports on analysis of financial management activities, capital structure, financial risks, liquidity risks, and operational risks in the company‘s business operations.

• Other tasks under the direction of the manager.

What are we looking for:

• Graduated from the University majoring in finance, banking, accounting, auditing or related majors.

• At least one year experience as an auditor or financial analyst, and/or in capital investment.

• Fluent in English.

• Advanced MS Excel skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, ...).

• Sharp planning, reporting, presenting skills.

• Ability to analyze and synthesize problems.

• Dynamic, able to work under pressure.

• Professional qualification as a CFA/ACCA, international school graduate is considered a plus
